Graham Lustig, Artistic Director of Oakland Ballet since 2010, revitalized the company with acclaimed community-focused programming. He created Luna Mexicana, the AAPI Dancing Moons Festival (Izzie Award), and Rainbow Dances, and leads the annual Nutcracker. Under his leadership, Discover Dance now serves 15,000 students yearly. Trained at the Royal Ballet School, he formerly danced with Dutch National Ballet and Birmingham Royal Ballet.
