Bat Abbit danced with Nashville Ballet, North Carolina Dance Theatre as a soloist, and American Repertory Ballet. He performed roles such as Puck and created Fritz and the Nutcracker for Graham Lustig. As Ballet Master he staged works for Singapore Dance Theatre and ARB. He created new ballets including Jump, Frog, Jump! and a full-length Coppélia, and taught at leading schools including Nashville Ballet and Princeton Ballet School.
